Subscription Terms
These terms explain pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and the order process for paid subscriptions on alpswire.pro.
Price and currency
The subscription price shown at checkout is the payable total in Swiss francs (CHF), including all non-optional supplements. Any optional add-ons, if offered, are shown separately before you submit your order, in line with the Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; SR 942.211).
Billing frequency
Your billing period is displayed before purchase, such as monthly or annual billing. Charges begin when you complete the order using the payment button and the transaction is accepted.
Auto-renewal
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period at the then-disclosed price, until cancelled.
Trial offers
If a trial is offered, its duration, price during the trial, and the date on which paid billing starts are shown clearly before you subscribe.
How the contract is formed
Before submitting an order, you can review your selected plan, billing cycle, entered details, and total price, and correct input errors. The contract is formed when you submit the order through the clearly labelled payment action and the order is accepted. We then send an electronic order confirmation, as required by Federal Act of 19 December 1986 on Unfair Competition (Unfair Competition Act, UCA; SR 241), Art. 3 para. 1 let. s UCA.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings where available or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge unless stated otherwise at checkout. Access already paid for usually continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable after access has begun. This does not affect mandatory rights under applicable Swiss law. Swiss law does not provide a general mandatory consumer withdrawal period for ordinary e-commerce; see Art. 3 para. 1 let. s UCA and Swiss Code of Obligations (CO; SR 220).
Privacy and contact
If we process account, newsletter, analytics, location, or payment-related personal data, this is described in our privacy notice in line with Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1), Data Protection Ordinance (DPO; SR 235.11). Cookie information and settings are provided where non-essential cookies are used, in line with Telecommunications Act (TCA; SR 784.10), Art. 45c TCA, Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1).
