Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of alpswire.pro. By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Use of the website
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with security, availability, accounts, editorial systems, or other users. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or systematically extract content except where permitted by applicable law or our prior written consent.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, suspected fraud, or risks to the service.
Subscriptions and contract process
Before placing a paid order, the checkout should show the steps to conclude the contract, allow you to review and correct input errors, and use a clear payment confirmation action. After submission, an electronic order confirmation should be sent. These requirements follow Federal Act of 19 December 1986 on Unfair Competition (Unfair Competition Act, UCA; SR 241), Art. 3 para. 1 let. s UCA. Prices, where shown, should be presented in Swiss francs with non-optional charges clearly indicated under the Price Indication Ordinance (PIO; SR 942.211).
Editorial and informational content
News, trail, mountain, route, weather, and related informational content is provided for general information only. Conditions may change rapidly. You remain responsible for independent judgment, route planning, safety decisions, and verifying official local guidance before acting.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, databases, text, graphics, and editorial materials are protected by intellectual property rights. No right, title, or interest is transferred except for the limited right to use the service under these terms.
Privacy and cookies
If we process personal data, this is described in our privacy notice in line with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1), Data Protection Ordinance (DPO; SR 235.11). Information on cookies or similar technologies is provided in line with Telecommunications Act (TCA; SR 784.10), Art. 45c TCA, Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1).
Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, and interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure, networks, platforms, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
Miscellaneous
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory rules. There is no general Swiss cross-sector ADR/ODR website notice identified for this type of service. Contact and complaint handling channels should remain easy to find.
